Community Engagement and Recruitment Coordinator Golden West Apprenticeships is seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Engagement and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in promoting apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and representing Golden West Apprenticeships across various platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
The full-time Community Engagement and Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:
Delivering professional and quality recruitment services to job seeker candidates and clients.
Promoting Golden West Apprenticeships to schools, career markets, community events, and other stakeholders to raise awareness about apprenticeships and traineeships.
Conducting outreach activities to enhance the profile of Golden West Apprenticeships and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community partners, and host employers.
Assisting in coordinating recruitment services, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and matching job seekers with suitable vacancies.
Engaging in community outreach activities to promote apprenticeship pathways and support workforce development.
Skills, Abilities, and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
Demonstrated experience in marketing and promoting services to a wide range of stakeholders, particularly schools and community groups.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external clients.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Experience or a willingness to develop skills in writing award nominations or other forms of professional writing.
An understanding of Human Resource Management issues, including Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination, Industrial Relations, and Privacy.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel for school visits, community events, and stakeholder meetings.
