What We Are Looking For
Seeking proactive and passionate professional with strong communities' background, to provide support in building capacity for a range of initiatives the builds supportive community networks and enhances community liveability.
This role will work directly with the community to build capacity and resilience in ensuring that development of social infrastructure meets the needs of the Fraser Coast community.

What You Should Have To Apply
Extensive experience working with the community, and knowledge of community program delivery. Demonstrated communication skills and cultural awareness that support the ability to work with diverse groups from different sectors of the community. Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of Workplace Health and Safety in relation to working with community and the provision of programs. Knowledge of legislation that would impact community and young people. Problem solving skills, including excellent negotiation and conflict resolution. Energetic and proactive approach. Blue Card C Class License
