Location of work: Melbourne (preference), Adelaide and Canberra will also be considered
NV1 or above security clearance
Our government client is the Australian Government's lead agency dedicated to providing science and technology support for the country's defence and security needs. They are looking for the support of a Communications Specialist/ Manager in Adelaide, Canberra, or Melbourne with suitable skills and experience to join their team.
The Communication Manager will play an important role in designing, developing and assisting to deliver effective communication activities for key projects supporting WHS, Security and Workforce. They will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders within the team, fostering strong relationships that promote awareness of project activities. Key will be developing internal communication strategies which assist staff and further build reputation.
This Role Requires The Business Communications Manager To Bring Experience producing compelling multi-channel communication initiatives, promoting key project and organisational messages including emails, newsletters, brochures, flyers, factsheets, presentations and web pages. Experience contributing to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts, including templates, branding, and messaging guides and standards. Prior experience with change communication initiatives is highly desirable. Demonstrable critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement and solve problems quickly and effectively.
