We are seeking a Communications Officer who excels as a communications all-rounder. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of a wide range of communications strategies that effectively reach and engage diverse audiences, both within and outside our organisation.
You will leverage your skills to design and implement communications and engagement plans, using research and insights to ensure your plans are impactful and aligned with government priorities. Your work will be vital in keeping the Canberra community informed about government programs, policies, and services while fostering meaningful opportunities for public input.
As a key member of our innovative team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and deliver successful communication outcomes across various channels. Your ability to handle diverse communication tasks and your proactive approach to engagement will be crucial to your success in this role.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Relevant tertiary education qualifications and/or demonstrated experience working professionally in communication, journalism, media and/or public relations is highly desirable.
