The opportunity
As the Communications and Stakeholder Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on and manage communications and engagement of organisational and contracted stakeholders, health agencies and community interests on the largest health infrastructure development in Australia, the Parkville Precinct Redevelopment (PPR).
Reporting to the Director, Communications and Stakeholder Management (PPR) and working from within the project team itself, you will play a lead role in the planning and implementation of communication and engagement strategies for the project.
This includes the facilitation of community and stakeholder consultation workshops, media and issues management, and content development.
The successful candidate will work as part of a vibrant, energetic and supportive team.

What you will bring:
Contribute to targeted stakeholder and community engagement, media and issues management, event management as well as content development.
Create project plans where objectives are clearly defined to meet project expectations, regularly communicates with and supports project and creative services team members; ensures project objectives are met by anticipating and managing potential and emerging issues.
Identify and manage project-related risk and issues, providing authoritative advice on how to manage risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Provide an account management approach and demonstrate strong client services capabilities to a range of internal teams and key stakeholders.
Lead the planning and delivery of a range of stakeholder and community engagement activities, including information and consultation sessions, surveys and facilitated workshops.
