If this sounds like you, come and join us!The purpose of this role is to manage and process commission payments ensuring accurate and timely calculation, reporting, and distribution of commissions, while maintaining compliance with company policies.Responsibilities:Commission Calculation:Accurately calculate commission payments based on sales data, ensuring adherence to commission structures and policies.Data Management:Maintain and update commission records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Reporting:Generate and distribute detailed commission reports to relevant stakeholders, including sales teams and management.Dispute Resolution:Address and resolve any commission-related queries or disputes in a timely and professional manner.Compliance:Ensure all commission processes comply with company policies and relevant legal requirements.Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.At least 5 years experience in a similar roleAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.What We OfferWorking at Vocus will give you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to do extraordinary work.
