We are the employer of choice for exceptional and dynamic professionals.The RoleThis maternity-leave cover role within our Finance Team will mainly be responsible for providing support to our brokers (customers) with regards to queries and issues relating to commission payments, as well as assisting with processing Lender commission statements.
Additional responsibilities also include:Respond and resolve broker queries via our ticketing system (Intercom) within required timeframesCollaborate with colleagues to determine cause, and resolution, of problems where requiredAssist with reconciliations, commission payments and other tasks as requiredProvide ad-hoc support to Commissions Officers and wider Finance team when requiredThe PersonAs an experienced customer service professional, you will be eager to learn and love building relationships with others.
You will be inquisitive in nature and enjoy using your problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Your attention to detail, time management skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task, and initiative will be critical to your success in this role.
