Job Description Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Extraordinaire to join us as a Commissioning Coordinator based in Brisbane. About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated individual to support Opticomm's Retail Service Providers (RSPs). The role involves managing all aspects of RSP orders, ensuring an exceptional customer onboarding experience, addressing commissioning and order-related enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to phone and service requests, and assisting with billing-related enquiries.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee and ensure the completion of all Opticomm RSP orders Provide regular, clear, and proactive updates on tickets to keep RSPs informed throughout the resolution and order lifecycle Foster positive experiences and relationships with RSPs, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while prioritising customer satisfaction Keep ticket notes up-to-date, clear, and concise Establish, maintain, and enhance operating procedures and related documentation Promote team culture and spirit to uphold Uniti Group's values Adapt to varying tasks as required, collaborating closely with the Service Delivery team Assist RSPs with all commissioning-related enquiries, including: Supporting RSPs with connectivity Managing order escalations and coordinating with internal and external partners About you: The ideal person for this role will have/be:
