Theyrequire an experienced commercial property Manager / Asset Manager to take on the management of their available Industrial Portfolio. The Role Management of their most valuable Industrial Portfolio (81 Tenants / 69 Owners) Developing & maintaining relationships with both tenantsand owners Lease negotiation and renewals Conduct rent reviews Financial management and reporting Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team Liaising with new clients Skills & experience To be considered for this role you will need to have previous Commercial Property Management experience.
