WHAT?
We are seeking a very experienced Commercial Property Manager with at least 2-3 years experience looking to make the move to a great company located in the South East. This person will be committed and reliable, who can manage a commercial portfolio of around 160 predominantly industrial properties based in the South Eastern region.
Working with an extremely progressive team, your proven track record in the commercial sector will allow your career to grow to great heights with this established organisation.
Previous experience using Cirrus 8 would be an advantage, but training will be provided if not used before.
Salary depending on the experience you bring, circa $100,000 - $110,000 +Super + incentives.
HOURS OF WORK?
Another absolute winner about Commercial property management is there is NO weekend work. The days of work are Monday to Friday only - 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Salary will be commensurate to your experience with a generous commission incentive scheme.
