As an integral member of our successful team, this is an excellent opportunity to manage several commercial, retail and industrial assets within the portfolio of a highly regarded client.As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be accountable for:Managing the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clientsImplementing and maintaining orderly lease admin proceduresAssisting with the monthly financial reportingRegular liaison with owners and tenants, ensuring expectations are being achievedBuilding strong rapport with other Property Managers and Facilities ManagersControlling the collection and reconciliation of fundsQualificationsWe are highly interested in considering you if you possess:Professional experience within the commercial property management disciplineStrong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspectsExcellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasksExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deal with several matters and work to strict deadlinesAbility to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleaguesProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteCurrent and valid QLD Certificate of RegistrationStrong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressureProven ability working within dynamic task environment using prioritising and organisational skills, and to think clearly under pressureExperience using MRIStrong accounting and numeracy skillsThis role is ideally suited to a self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work well on their own as well as having a desire to collaborate and add value to the wider REMS team.If you have the drive, professionalism and commercial acumen, we will provide you with a supportive and professional environment, autonomy and development for real success.Additional InformationColliers has a culture of service excellence and collaboration that provides our people with the ideal platform to engage their clients, develop their skills and accelerate their careers.
