The Role
The Commercial Property Manager will have the opportunity to oversee key commercial assets and will be supported by the team, working alongside the Director.

The Responsibilities Assisting with work orders Negotiate renewals Ensure RP Office details are up to date with current details Rental arrears Maintenance issues and follow-up Prepare Rent calculations & outgoing forecasts Annual rent increases & market rent reviews Conducting relationships with tenants The Candidate 1-5 years experience in the management of a commercial or residential property portfolio Strong ability to offer customer service and develop relationships with tenants and stakeholders A confident and effective negotiator with exceptional attention to detail The Benefits
