Job Description We currently have a position within our Real Estate Management Services division to work as an experienced Property Manager based in our Brisbane CBD office. As an integral member of our successful team, this is an excellent opportunity to manage several commercial, retail and industrial assets within the portfolio of a highly regarded client.
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be accountable for:
Managing the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients Implementing and maintaining orderly lease admin procedures Assisting with the monthly financial reporting Regular liaison with owners and tenants, ensuring expectations are being achieved Building strong rapport with other Property Managers and Facilities Managers Controlling the collection and reconciliation of funds Qualifications We are highly interested in considering you if you possess:
Professional experience within the commercial property management discipline Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Current and valid QLD Certificate of Registration Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure Proven ability working within dynamic task environment using prioritising and organisational skills, and to think clearly under pressure Experience using MRI Strong accounting and numeracy skills This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work well on their own as well as having a desire to collaborate and add value to the wider REMS team.
