The role includes preparing commercial departures and clarifications and may be required to provide group level support in vetting and drafting contracts with supply chain, along with the management of commercial and contractual relationships. This role will be based in our Perth Corporate Head Office and will be responsible for: Reviewing project risk reviews. Reviewing proposed contracts and assisting the Commercial manager in client negotiations and close out of commercial departures and clarifications. Provide advice and negotiate commercial terms for key subcontract and supply agreements. Provide advice on contractual risk mitigation measures. Review of subcontracts and supply agreements. WHO YOU ARE: Tertiary Education in a relevant field. High level of experience and ability in reviewing and understanding commercial contracts and terms. Ability to review documents and provide SME guidance in a clear, concise, logical, and accurate manner. Prior experience as Contracts Admin, Senior Contracts Admin or Pre-Contracts Commercial Advisor. Manage own time against project objectives and budgets. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying schedule risks and procurement issues. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
