MIDDAY ON WEDNESDAY, 27 NOVEMBER 2024 The Commercial Manager is responsible for strategic management and oversight of RIA's property and commercial portfolio including strategic lease and business management, oversight of workflows and processes, allocation of work to team members, managing budget processes, leading property and commercial projects and asset lifecycle planning and management.
The position also manages 2 team members and supports the Director Contracts and Planning in the strategic management, planning, formulation and implementation of RIA's goals and policy development.
