About the roleThis is the type of opportunity and project that requires a truly seasoned Commercial Manager.
Typically you will be:
Overseeing all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of the project;Leading contract negotiations, ensuring project budgets are maintained, maximising profitability while managing project risk;Engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive commercial success and secure positive outcomes;Identifying and managing project risks, claims, and variations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices;Supporting the project delivery teams to ensure that all commercial decisions are aligned with project goals;Developing strategies to optimise cost management, revenue tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.About youTo join our talented team you will need to possess the following:
