About the role: We are currently searching for a Commercial Director to join our expanding Queensland team, based in Brisbane.
Working closely with the Regional Commercial Manager, the Commercial Director will take a key role in the implementation of commercial strategies, staff training, and business unit reporting as well as providing authoritative commercial management and risk advice for projects.
The role will include hands-on participation in the finalisation of complex final accounts on current projects and for new projects and involvement from the early stages of a project's life cycle applying strong commercial and contractual management expertise.
Your background: Over 15 years experience within the commercial construction industry Understanding and experience on D&C projects Strong contracting background, with extensive experience in claims and upstream final account settlements Experience in management and development of teams Ability to understand, collate and report upon key project commercial metrics Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally About Lendlease: With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design, and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
