The Commercial Business Partner Lead is responsible for providing commercial thought leadership on a range of opportunities, partnerships and prioritisation decisions, ultimately supporting delivery of the Tribe's Objective and Key Results.
This Commercial Business Partner Lead will constructively challenge the current status quo of deal structures and provide commercial thought leadership in development of new deal constructs for new and existing partners in a dynamic loyalty landscape to deliver optimum outcome for Qantas Loyalty, partners and Qantas Frequent Flyers.
This role will work collaboratively with the Tribe and Squad leadership team on business performance, initiative prioritisation, strategic objectives and the delivery of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
This Commercial Business Partner Lead will proactively manage complex and diverse activities to develop new approaches and methods to deliver stakeholder business value / outcomes What you'll bring to the role: 7-10 years' experience in complex corporate environments with exposure to strategy formulation and execution, financial accounting and/or economics with significant experience supporting business performance Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to effectively engage at executive levels A strong understanding of customer loyalty and program economics Must have complex modelling experience to support new and existing partner growth opportunities Strategic thinking skills with strong commercial acumen Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under pressure Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams Why Qantas?
