Commercial and Contract Manager - Associate Directors & Senior Associate Director You will offer commercial and contractual expertise to a variety of organisations. Projects range from transport, utilities, and resources through to landmark buildings. As a senior member of our team, you will take ownership over clients and manage their day to day needs. You will be expected to lead other CCi employees, and this can often extend to managing client teams and mentoring their employees. Our Requirements You will have a desire for project excellence and be able to use your initiative to get the results we need for clients. You will enjoy the stakeholder management element of your role and possess the ability to engage with and influence people from different backgrounds and disciplines. A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline A minimum of 10 years industry experience working for a construction or engineering contractor and/or specialist claims consultancy Project experience is essential Excellent letter and report writing skills The ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience The ability to process, model and present large data sets A capacity for analytical thinking and problem solving An ability to cut through the noise, and work with a variety of people to achieve the correct outcomes for the client or project CCi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
