We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven
Commercial Analyst
to support our organization by analysing data, providing key insights, and driving strategic business decisions. Based in Cannon Hill.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse large data sets to provide insights and develop reports/dashboards in Tableau to visualize trends and performance metrics.Data Warehouse Architecture: Contribute to designing and optimizing data warehouse architectures for efficient data storage and retrieval, ensuring high performance and data integrity.Business Insights: Identify opportunities through data insights and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.Performance Tracking: Create and monitor metrics and KPIs to assess business initiatives, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams in sales, marketing, finance, and operations to gather requirements and translate them into effective analytical frameworks and reports.About you
Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related area.Technical Skills: Proficient in Tableau for data visualization, strong understanding of data warehouse structures, and familiarity with SQL for data extraction; expert in Microsoft Excel.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Communication & Adaptability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Why IOR?
