The role The Co-Curricular Department facilitates Co-Curricular programs across three different portfolios within all four schools at the College: Sport, Extended Learning, and Performing Arts, as well as assisting with Duke of Edinburgh and Army Cadets administration. Our busy team is looking for a customer service focused, administration professional to join them. This role is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home from time to time. You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities: Experience working in a similar role preferably within the Education sector Experience with preparation of materials, both hard copy and electronic Presentable, professional, and service orientated with a proactive mindset Highly organised and methodical in approach Experience working in a fast-paced environment Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, Power Point Experience with Clipboard desirable, not essential Technically savvy with an aptitude for working with various software systems High levels of organisation, time management and flexibility Genuinely enjoy working in a team environment Your kind of workplace Pymble people are at the heart of what the College offers its students.
