Job Description Pymble Ladies' College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. The role
The Co-Curricular Department facilitates Co-Curricular programs across three different portfolios within all four schools at the College: Sport, Extended Learning, and Performing Arts, as well as assisting with Duke of Edinburgh and Army Cadets administration. Our busy team is looking for a customer service focused, administration professional to join them. This role is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home from time to time.
You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:
Experience working in a similar role preferably within the Education sector Experience with preparation of materials, both hard copy and electronic Presentable, professional, and service orientated with a proactive mindset Highly organised and methodical in approach Experience working in a fast-paced environment Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience with Clipboard desirable, not essential Technically savvy with an aptitude for working with various software systems High levels of organisation, time management and flexibility Genuinely enjoy working in a team environment Your kind of workplace
