Cnc Machinist

As part of our client's manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of their machining processes.
Primary Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines and perform tasks as per engineering drawings.Report any machine or infrastructure faults.Complete documentation for products, repairs, and inspections in line with our Quality Management System.Undertake fitting, maintenance, and general duties as required.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safe work practices.Highlight any conflicts between operational procedures and safety mandates to management.Read and understand engineering drawings and instructions.Maintain accurate daily records and job/time/clocking cards.Handle month-end and invoicing responsibilities.Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and staff.Control stock and manage steel inventory.Assist with fitting, maintenance, and general hand duties.Maintain and organize company gauges and measuring equipment.Participate in onsite training and upskilling as directed by management.
