Manage operations across all assigned sites and oversee the completion of repairs as per the agreed schedule.Ensure all active jobs are correctly and constantly updated on the assigned applications as they transition between
repair stages.Manage the workflow and ensure all assigned sites meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.Communicate critical job updates and/or delays to the Customer Service Advisor team.Review estimated method of repair for a most suitable, cost effective and safe method. Report necessary amendments

Qualified Panel beater and/or Spray Painter with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on industry experiencePrevious experience in a managerial / leadership role will be preferable.Interpersonal Skills & Team PlayerBasic Computer skillsCritical thinking capabilities and the ability to problem solve.Organisational and Management skillsJoin us for a career with Motorserve
