Your NewRole The Club Coordinatormanages the day-to-day operations and financial performance of themember services team and club product offerings. The role isaccountable for the development and delivery of all club productofferings to ensure a professional standard of supervision,training and service is always maintained. Additionally, this roleis responsible for leading the team to ensure that a qualityexperience to all clients and members is provided with anexceptional level of customer service, sales, and administration.The role leads, managers and trains their team to ensure day-to-dayoperations of the club is of he highest standard and strives toachieve sales targets.
AboutYou Minimum 2 yearsin a similar role Certificate IVin fitness (desirable)  Demonstratedexperience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of programsacross a range of activity areas Outstanding andproven leadership skills, be able to demonstrate anunderstanding of different leadership styles Pleasenote: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, NoStart and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employeesare required to complete a National Police Check uponcommencement. PCYC is committed toachieving and supporting a diverse workforce.
