We're looking for a committed Customer Delivery Representative to join us based in Brisbane.
Get hands-on, with varied work and people who care As a Customer Delivery Representative , you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support to our distribution network.
Your role is pivotal in the timely delivery of our batteries and maintaining outstanding customer experiences for our wholesale customers on designated runs.
Safety will always be at the forefront of your mind while you ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused approach.
Here are some tasks you'll power through: Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely manner Ensure consistent servicing to the customer base Ensure all safety checks are completed daily Account for all money and stock movements on a daily basis Replacement of warranty claims as per the Club Assist procedure Manage all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand Policy Ensure that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visit Trusted hands: here's who we're looking for: You're highly trustworthy and reliable.
You have a can-do attitude, and you love getting the job done right Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships You're able to perform physical duties - this role requires regular lifting of batteries which have an average weight of 17kg You have a current forklift (LF or LO) licence You have a valid minimum MR driver's license You have good computer skills and close attention to detail You're committed to upholding our Health, Safety, and Environment standards Good basic English and writing skills Great customer service experience Ability to work under pressure The groundwork has been set for a motivated, hands-on, customer-focused superstar to be a part of a high-performing team.
