An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our growing team on an initial 12-month fixed term contrac t. In this varied and challenging position, you will work closely with Tech Leads and developers of various teams to help increase speed of delivery, improve quality of code, and optimize processes across AWS, Azure and Google cloud stack.
Key areas of responsibility include Manage and develop AWS and Azure based infrastructure as code to automatically handle continuous integration, rolling deployments, failover, auto-scaling, and backups.
Set up and govern a secure and multi-account Cloud environment using AWS Control Tower, AWS Landing Zone creation, AWS organisation, Azure AD etc.
Participate in planning delivery, code quality, and process efficiency improvement projects Implement tools to provide coding standardization and automating processes for the organization About You: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment with a focus on high code quality and continuous integration Extensive Cloud and DevOps experience Extensive experience in Github, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, AWS Networking services, AWS Security services.
Advanced coding/programming experience Must-Have AWS or Azure Certification preferably AWS Solution Architect, Azure Administrator, AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Solution Architect Expert.
Required Technical Experience: AWS, Azure, Github, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Cloud-based products, and recent coding experience Strong understanding of Auth0/OAuth2/OIDC/MS Azure based security API and API Gateway development experience Knowledge of working in applications, systems or IT Operations Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable and effective workplace Passion for innovation and positive attitude Why work for us?
