Based in Wayville Adelaide, our head office team seeks an exceptional Workflow Optimisation Manager. Reporting to the General Manager (People and Culture) and working closely with our rostering, operations and radiologist teams, this position offers an outstanding opportunity to provide day-to-day management and reporting on our clinical workflows and to drive continuous improvement programs. With a focus on overseeing workflows, worklists, processes, real-time data and the interoperability of our systems, this role strives to achieve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting to improve our operational effectiveness, daily decision making, and patient outcomes.
This role presents a unique opportunity for a passionate professional from within the imaging sector to improve the various workflows, worklists, and daily reporting requirements across our operations. A deep understanding of radiology operations, imaging modalities, and reporting requirements is essential. As an organisation that values teamwork, the ability to effectively engage key internal teams including Rostering, Workforce Planning, Workforce Management, Technical, Clerical, and Administrative is critical.
We are seeking an imaging professional with extensive experience in either the clerical or technical aspects of radiology and patient care; an objective and investigative mindset; a proven track record of continuous improvement; and a demonstrable ability to optimise workflows, worklists and reporting requirements across complex radiology processes, modalities, and information systems.
