Ongoing Part-Time About the Role:The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking passionate Clinical and Registered Midwives to embark on an exciting career within the Northern Area Midwifery Group Practice team.Our supportive Northern Area Midwifery Group Practice (NAMGP) team provide continuity of care to women within an all-risk model of midwifery led care.
This position offers the opportunity to work in various settings including hospitals, communities, and homes, and to support women who choose to have a planned home birth.
You'll have the chance to grow as an autonomous practitioner by managing your own caseload, developing various skills, and providing care to women throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal period.The NAMGP is composed of a group of Midwives who all share the philosophy of nurturing, supporting, and empowering women of all complexities throughout their pregnancy, birthing, and postnatal journey.
Care is holistic and tailored to the individuality of each woman.
It is provided within the home, community, and hospital setting.As a Clinical/Registered Midwife, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive midwifery care throughout the childbearing continuum.
From preconception to the postnatal period, your expertise and compassion will guide and empower women and their families through this transformative journey.
