Clinical Receptionist

Choice Psychology is a private psychology practice at Hove and Hazelwood Park SA. We are currently seeking a dynamic Clinical Receptionist to join our team.
Your key duties will include, but not be limited to: Welcoming ClientsAnswering the phoneDiary ManagementAdministrative supportAccounts Payable and ReceivableFiling and ArchivingOffice maintenanceTo be successful in this position, you will need to show: Articulate and friendly customer service with a sound understanding of the importance of client confidentiality.Professional and friendly communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as being an excellent team player.High level of organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.A keen interest in improving service delivery performance.Excellent IT skills including with the Microsoft office suite.The ability to multi-task, work quickly and cope well under pressure.Dedicated and committed work attitude.You may be required to work at either Hove or Hazelwood Park between approximately 3-5 days.
