The activities are predominantly clinical in nature, but also provide support to a Nurse Grade 7 or above in management activities. The CN provides advanced level clinical skills to ensure patient-focused evidence-based nursing care, plans and coordinates the clinical management of patient/client care and provides leadership and support to other nursing staff.About the TeamThis is an exciting opportunity for a rare, permanent Clinical Nurse position. Medical G2 is a young but determined ward and has a strong team ethos. We are a close knit, high performing team with a strong vision.The G2 Ward is a 28-bed adult medical unit which has the capacity to expand to 30 beds if required. The unit provides multi-disciplinary assessment, management and care to general medical patients inclusive of Oncology, Cardiology, Respiratory, Renal and Acute General Medicine.About our Hospital and Health ServiceOur service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff.
