Your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse Facilitator role (Education) is primarily accountable for the support, education, and development of undergraduate nurses on placement. You will be collaborating with the Nurse Educator and external stakeholders to ensure that workplace integrated learning across the varied clinical units within the Mackay Hospital and Health Service is supported. The position requires advanced level clinical skill to ensure supported practice across all health service areas in the Mackay Hospital and Health Service.

This is achieved through shared resources working together to provide Education, Quality, Patient Safety, Infection Control, Clinical and Service Governance.
