Permanent Full-time and/or Part-time, hours negotiable (Multiple positions available).
Pro rata remuneration package based on full-time equivalent value of up to $132,289 p.a., comprising salary range of $107,960 - $115,604 p.a. (full-time) or $54.44 - $58.30 p.h. (part-time) (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

About the role
Townsville Community Health Service (TCHS) provides a range of coordinated options for clients within the local Townsville University Hospital catchment, which include:
Short-term, goal-oriented therapy or group-based hospital avoidance interventionsService CoordinationThe purpose of the Clinical Nurse – TCHS is to promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of clients within the community setting and acute to community interface by utilising holistic and comprehensive assessment practices to formulate and implement care plans in consultation with the client and key internal and external stakeholders. This role practices in all areas of TCHS: Discharge Coordination, Post-Acute Nursing Care, Community Assessment and Case Management, Post-Acute Wound Clinic, Intake and Community Intravenous Program.
Role requirements Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory. Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.Please refer to the role description for further details.
