We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead and mentor the clinical and care team at Palm Lake Care Bargara. If you wish to have an opportunity to implement your passion, innovative thinking and grow professionally and personally, read on.
Key Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership: Manage and oversee the provision of evidence-based, high-quality clinical care, supporting the Service Manager in providing operational guidance and ensuring the smooth functioning of care services.Consulting and Mentoring: Act as a clinical consultant, offering expertise on nursing care matters while mentoring your team to deliver the highest standards of care.What We're Looking For:Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.Experience: At least five years as a Clinical Manager in Residential Aged Care.Compliance Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and recent accreditation processes.Additional Skills:Gerontology Certificate / Diploma or willingness to obtain.Current working knowledge of ANACC.Experience with Quality Assurance Programs.Strong communication skills across all management levels, staff, residents, and their representatives.Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to collaborate with our Clinical Governance and Quality Managers.Knowledge of Autumn Care software is highly regarded.Benefits We Offer:Relocation Assistance: For candidates moving to the area, we offer up to $5,000 to cover relocation-related expenses.
