Clinical Lead Speech PathologistCatholic Education Tasmania (CET) are seeking applications for a colleague to join our dynamic team. You will be part of an expanding service on an exciting journey as we innovate and shape a new mode of service delivery.
We are looking for an applicant who is driven to make a difference, working side by side with our teaching colleagues and expanding speech pathology clinical practice in schools. CET are passionate about improving outcomes for students through early intervention and collaborative work across primary and secondary schools and colleges. Join us to help design our new statewide service.
About the Role As the Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist, you will:
Lead and supervise a team of speech pathologists (in time when the service expands), providing guidance on clinical best practices, ethical standards, and professional development,Contribute to the development of a service model and guiding documents for the core component of speech pathology in line with Speech Pathology in Education Clinical Guidelines, andContribute to conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.Your Experience Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within an educational setting, andFull member of Speech Pathology Australia or is eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.Our Organisation You will join an organisation that is driven by:
