The Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Services at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for a Clinical Director Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your opportunity Manage and coordinate all of the non-clinical operating functions of the relevant Clinical Practice to ensure the smooth and efficient service delivery of quality service within the Mackay HHS.Provide high level and confidential secretarial and administrative support to ensure the Clinical Director and Medical Team deliver on delegated accountabilities within a demanding operating environment.About the Team The Mental Health and AOD Service is comprised of eight clinical teams across the Mackay HHS.
The Mental Health Service is responsible for the provision of comprehensive, specialised mental health assessment and treatment services across the age-spectrum for people with severe and complex mental health problems.
Our services aim to be consumer focused and recovery oriented and are provided in a variety of settings including community, an acute inpatient unit, hospitals and emergency departments.
About our Hospital and Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff.
The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
