Overall, the Clinical Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and service user centered care.Key Accountabilities:Provide clinical and operational advice and guidance to relevant areas to enable integrated processes and procedures including documentation and rollout to key stakeholdersMaintain relevant records and documentation for clinical and operational audit and reference purposesWork closely with and collaborate across the business to ensure a clinically sound service is deliveredAccountable for day-to-day operations of the clinical teamReview, develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality serviceIdentify areas of improvement and efficiency in the way the team operates to achieve desired outcomes and accountabilities of the serviceDevelop workflows and clinical models for the day-to-day operations of the service that are aligned to the 1800RESPECT roadmapAccountable for the clinical sign-off of technology implementations, updates and changes as well as operational documentsWork closely with the Head of 1800RESPECT to deliver clinical and contractual requirementsChair of the Clinical Management CommitteeAct as the Clinical Safety Officer and the clinical face and lead for the service with the department and partnersAbout you:Extensive leadership and operational experience including financial responsibilitiesPrevious experience in the healthcare industry and telehealth expertise to develop best practice processes for 1800RESPECTExperience with digital delivery ideally in virtual care, knowledge and extensive experience in the DV sectorExperience with incident and quality management policies and proceduresExperience implementing Clinical Governance FrameworksExcellent analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisionsAt a minimum, the Clinical Director for 1800RESPECT Service must be a qualified social worker registered with AASW or registered psychologist with AHPRA.What are some of the benefits of the business?We believe that flexibility is not a 'perk', it's how we have always worked!
