Located at Bolton Clarke's Centaur, a 94 bed home in Caloundra As a Clinical Coordinator, you will ensure our aged care clients and clinical employees are supported.
Combining case management, clinical governance, ACFI, rostering, and staff management, the role of Clinical Coordinator is essential to ensure the leadership and coordination of all aspects of clinical care.
Key accountability: Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff Develop care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care team Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation relating to the resident To be successful, you will have: Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain) Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements Our benefits: Excellent work/life balance Monday to Friday Generous salary packaging and not-for-profit tax benefits – claim up to $15,900 tax free plus additional $2650 in entertainment per year Private health insurance discounts An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family Career progression and development opportunities We provide a work culture that values you and invests in your career #J-18808-Ljbffr
