Key Duties: Conducting Care AssessmentsDeveloping Care Plans and Managing CasesRecruiting and Training CaregiversOperational ManagementQuality AssuranceThe Care Manager will also collaborate with the General Manager in business development initiatives to expand our clientele and caregiver base.
