About the role As a Registered Nurse/Clinical Care Facilitator with BaptistCare at home you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality care and services that support our customers to remain living at home.
You'll develop genuine connections with our customers and their loved ones and assist them to implement innovative strategies that will optimise their health and well-being and support their independence.
You will be responsible for the clinical care and governance across Goulburn and surrounds .

To be shortlisted, you will need: Registered Nursing qualifications with current AHPRA registration Current clinical skills with experience in acute or aged care sector Current NSW/ACT Drivers Licence Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Sound written & verbal communication, and computer skills.
