We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Clinical Care Coordinator to work Permanent Part Time, 8 shifts per fortnight, to work closely with our Clinical Manager, Deputy Residential Manager and Residential Manager to develop our stunning 180-bed aged care residence based in Maryborough.
The Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) will provide day to day clinical leadership to the team, foster a culture of clinical excellence and oversee the clinical care of our residents to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained.
Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to your team of RN's, EN's and PCA'sDrive clinical outcomes to maintain high quality careBe a role model of clinical leadershipSkills and requirements for this role: Ideally at least 2+ years experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar role in the aged care or acute sectorRN qualification with current AHPRA registrationExcellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skillsExperience in staff supervision and developmentStrong communication and negotiation skillsA working knowledge of funding and accreditation processesKnowledge of Care PlanningCome and join our friendly and supportive Signature Care team that offers:
