Clinical Analyst
where you will be responsible for:Building and maintaining clinical databases for effective reporting and benchmarking activities.Providing expert knowledge about patient classification systems which influences analysis of clinical data across the organisation and into the community.Collaborating with colleagues and external organisations to facilitate and enhance benchmarking activities.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:Be registered with the Nurses' Board of South Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.Possess effective leadership skills including highly developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.Have demonstrated ability in the facilitation of change management.Be experienced in computer languages such as Visual Basic, SQL, and Microsoft packages.Have knowledge of the Casemix classification systems and the application of Casemix in healthcare delivery.What WCHN Can Offer YouRelocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.Salary package including a range of benefits (up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year).Access to Fitness Passport (workplace health and fitness program).Free Public Transport for SA Health Metropolitan Hospital Workers.Access to generous leave provisions and professional development opportunities.Support for you and your family via our Employee Assistance Program.About UsThe
