We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for an inspiring leader to become the Clinic Manager at our Noarlunga Hospital Clinic.
About You You will have a demonstrated aptitude to problem solve and manage/coordinate the complexities of a busy clinic environment.
You will be a people-centred individual, with the confidence to engage with key stakeholders.
Your strong communication and leadership skills will nurture stakeholder relationships and support our people to achieve exceptional patient experiences.
While you do not have direct line management reports in this role, you are expected to be a leader who can help manage the team's workflow to drive optimum performance, lead by example, and work collaboratively with a broader leadership team to enhance the performance and skill of our passionate and patient-centred team.
Your qualifications and experience in Medical Imaging or Health Science are essential.
Previous experience leading in a medical imaging environment is advantageous; however, the individual successful in this position will have access to our Leadership programs to support their continued growth in this area.
You will have, or be willing to undertake, a Working with Children Clearance and National Police Clearance.
You must also be registered with AHPRA.
About the Role Reporting to our Regional Manager – Southern, you will work in collaboration with our Administration Team Leader and the wider team at our Noarlunga Hospital Clinic.
You will be responsible for: the day-to-day operations of the Noarlunga Hospital Clinic, high quality and supportive stakeholder relationship management, continuously improving and optimising clinic workflow and processes, including but not limited to equipment and consumables management, providing support and guidance to multiple modalities that need to work together to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care in a public hospital setting, overseeing clinical safety and work practices.
You will continue to undertake regular clinical shifts in your modality in this role, and this may include shifts at our nearby private clinics from time to time (Morphett Vale and Christies Beach).
This is a busy hands-on operational role and one that will provide exposure to a fast-paced Clinic environment.
