We are passionate about bridging the gap in healthcare that exists between the cities and rural, regional, and remote Australia and measure up to our purpose "to enable better individuals, workplaces and communities".About the RoleThis Mackay based Monday to Friday residential role will lead our healthcare team delivering patient-focussed Physiotherapy and associated services in our four room and gym-based clinic located in the beautiful Northern Beaches area, as well as a growing clinic in Ooralea (southern Mackay area) featuring multiple treatment rooms and a separate large gym space within a local GP and Sports Doctor Clinic.You will report through to the Managing Director of Construct Health and Queensland Team Leader as well as working with the Mackay region Practice Manager to ensure the Mackay clinics operate effectively with an emphasis on excellent customer service.You will also manage your own client caseload treating the general population and the mining (our corporate clients) community.We have put together an excellent remuneration package of $120,000.00 plus superannuation, leave entitlements and a range of incentives including:Annual professional development allowance of $1,500A bonus scheme to provide opportunity to increase your earning potentialMaternity and Paternity schemes above the national government levelEmployee benefit scheme with access to savings across 500+ retailersThe chance to work in a team environment which truly supports your professional and personal growth and values your inputRelocation allowance for successful candidates moving to MackayWhat we need from youMinimum 4 years Musculo-skeletal physiotherapy experienceBachelor of Physiotherapy and AHPRA general registration.Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsExperience in managing financesKnowledge of healthcare regulations and standardsAbility to multi-task, problem-solve and work under pressure while prioritising patient careExcellent verbal and written communicationReady to join?
