Clinic Administrator - Full time opportunity available (38h/week) We are looking for someone to be the face of the company at our Bundaberg Clinic. If you have an inviting and welcoming personality, initiative, time management, attention to details, and a positive work ethic, you might be the right fit for this role!Medical experience is not mandatory, but you must be willing to learn!

An exciting opportunity to grow as part of an expanding health care serviceCulturally diverse team who we consider familyOngoing learning and professional developmentWe have wonderful patients and clientsRewarding role - Make part of our patients' journey back to better health!Full training and ongoing support!Responsibilities include: Maintaining up to date diary of therapists and opening hoursEfficient coordination of clinic communications (emails/letters etc)Maintain general tidiness of clinic and treatment roomsUndertake fee collection, process all facilities of payments – Cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, cheques, and issue receiptsMaintain correct and up to date client recordsAbout you: Availability Monday - Friday, between 8am to 6pm.Attitude to take initiative, dedication, reliability, and teamworkDemonstrates time management, delegation, organisation skills, and a positive work ethicAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient in G-Suite (Google Workspace/ Word, Excel, Emails) #J-18808-Ljbffr
