Smart Service Queensland is the primary contact point for customers to access Queensland Government services, delivering over 260 services on behalf of the Queensland Government through multiple channels including; phone, counter and online.
Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in a role where you can truly make an impact. As a key member of our team, your will be responsible for responding to and resolving service issues and requests promptly, ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of support.
Receive and respond to partner agency communication linked to service issues, new business, change requests, billing and reporting enquiries, and service improvements to ensure a timely response and resolution.Support the team to identify new and existing agency partnership business opportunities, assist with developing service requests, proposals, and customer journey maps.Research and compile partner agency relationship management information to support decision-making.Assist the team and service leads to manage partner agency portfolios, including preparing for and attending meetings to support the ongoing delivery of services by Smart Service.Monitor, maintain, generate, and share information from management information systems to internal stakeholders and ensure Smart Service meets legislative, financial and audit requirements.Work collaboratively to report on service performance, trends, risks and issues, and ongoing service delivery improvement opportunities.Adhere to team processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and partner agency support.Be proactive in sharing business knowledge and information to develop self and others and support the consistent delivery of service solutions for partner agencies.To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, If you're ready to take on a rewarding challenge and contribute to our success, we want to hear from you!
