To coordinate and deliver, as a member of a client services team, a range of high quality, client focused business processes and services for the provision of independent medical assessment and advice to Medilaw clients.

Job DescriptionRespond to scheduling requirements and changes as necessary to maximise the booking rate of available consultant appointments.Liaise with clients to plan and implement the provision of agreed services to meet client requirements, in accordance with consultant scheduling, client service agreements and Medilaw processes, standards and protocols.Coordinate all activities associated with the Medilaw claimants files, incoming legal briefs, business records and other information.Prepare complete claimant medical files to ensure that scheduled appointments can be completed effectively by the consultant practitioner.Archive old claimant medical files.Provide administrative support to the consultant practitioner, as necessary, to support the effective delivery of their services to Medilaw.Provide information and advice to clients, or prospective clients, to ensure that an effective client relationship is developed and maintained to the benefit of both parties.Undertake other tasks assigned to Client Services, including reception duties, to provide a comprehensive and high standard of quality services to clients.Establish and maintain effective and robust relationships with all medical Consultants, external Clients, and internal staff to ensure the delivery of excellence in quality and service.QualificationsDemonstrated experience as a Client Services Officer or a similar position.Experience in coordinating and delivering client focused business processes and services.Experience in understanding case management practices relating to independent medical reports within a personal injury and/or accident compensation setting is beneficial.Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service to both internal and external clients.Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environment.Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and associated skills in influencing and negotiation.Commercial awareness and track record of working within a goal oriented environment.A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful.Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a flexibility to operate in an environment of change and continuous improvement.Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).Additional InformationYou are welcome here.
