Financial Planning Administrator Work with High Networth Clients Wholesale clients in the Medical Industry Office Based $90K About Our Client
Opening their doors over 30 years' this practice has experience in working with High Net worth Medical Professionals with advice in Superannuation and SMSF, Securities & Margin Lending, Retirement Planning, Portfolio Management & Reviews, Personal Insurance (Life/TPD, Trauma and Income Protection), Business Insurance (Key Person and Business Expense Protection). This wholesale self-licensed practice based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne is growing and looking for someone to work in their office.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and is essential for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of a Private Wealth environment, providing vital support to both the advisers and Operations Manager. These key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Client Support: Assist with client enquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain client records Document Management: Prepare and review financial documents and correspondence: inclusive of monthly/ quarterly client reporting, preparation of application forms, Third-Party Authorities, withdrawals and ad-hoc requests.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information in financial planning software Team Support: Provide administrative support to financial planners and operations manager as needed.
Meeting Preparation: Organising materials and information for client meetings and reviews
Risk: Preparation of Insurance quotes, including Xplan Risk Researcher and direct to provider. Preparation a cover alteration requests, including Third-Party Authorities.
Centrelink: Assistance with preparation of Age Pension, Commonwealth Seniors Health and Low- Income card applications. Updating client annual Income Stream Reviews and contacting Centrelink directly when required.
Newsletter: Assistance with the preparation and distribution of monthly and seasonal newsletters. Ongoing maintenance of distribution list.
FDS & Annual Engagements: Assist with the preparation of annual Fixed Term Agreements for platform clients. Bi-Annual Super Review Process: Assist with the preparation of advice documents on a bi-annual basis.
Desired skills but not essential these skills can be taught
Paraplanning Tasks – the opportunity to learn the following skills;
Client Annual Review: Assisting advisers with the preparation of advice documents. Inclusive of: · Assisting the Advisers with modelling, insurance quantification, product research, investment recommendations. · Working with advisers to prepare and co-ordinate SoA's, RoA's, and other advice documentation. · Opportunities to undertake forecasting and financial modelling using Xplan software · Be involved in peer review of advice to manage obligations and best practices
