Randstad is currently open to applications for Administrative, Customer Service and Case Management Professionals to join this not for profit within their Aged Care Services team for 2025. Working with a passionate team, this 3-6 month contract is a great opportunity to get involved and develop your experience within a reputable and fantastic organisation. In this role you will coordinate and support a high standard of client care and service within a well established NFP. Bringing a positive, approachable and empathetic demeanour, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation as a customer service and administration professional.
Customer Service Coordinator
Customer service, case management and administration
Scheduling with and for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with clients and third parties, via phone and email
Electronic data management and filing
Provide high attention to detail in reporting and distribution of records, in adherence to all relevant acts and regulations
Phone and email correspondence with clients, internally and with third parties
The successful candidate will
Demonstrate high competency in administration with an interest in elderly services
Have previous experience working in administration, customer service or other relevant field
Be driven by a positive, welcoming and empathetic attitude
Strive for excellence in service delivery
Passion for community and understanding of CHSP/HCP
Hold a WWVP or be willing to attain and be able to pass a criminal history check
