ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Service Consultant is the main point of contact for our amazing clients at CPA. You will be supporting both current and prospective clients of all ages, discussing their needs and seamlessly connecting families with the right services for them.
You will be supporting the Orange clinic by scheduling appointments, problem solving and discussing clients' NDIS plans, managing incoming calls, and meeting with/onboarding new clients.
This is an on-site role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to the rights of people with disability Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and workflow prioritisation skills Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Salesforce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience desirable Current driver licence Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Important Information:
